What this group is

Badass by Biology is a space for women who are done feeling like they're watching their own life from the outside. It is a community. A place to land. A group of women who get it, because they're living it too.

This is not a place where you need to have it figured out. It is not a place where you need to perform wellness or pretend you're further along than you are. It is a place where you can be honest about where you actually are, and be met with understanding, not judgment.

Because the truth is, the way you see yourself was never something you chose. It was shaped by years of messaging, by the environments you grew up in, by a brain doing its best to keep you safe inside what it already knew.

And unpicking that is not something you should have to do alone.

What happens here

This is a space to share, to be heard and to support one another through the process of changing how you see yourself, from the inside out.

You might come here on a hard day when the old voice is loud. You might come to celebrate a moment where you surprised yourself. You might come to ask a question, share something that resonated, or simply remind yourself that other women feel this way too.

All of it belongs here.

The deeper tools and frameworks live inside the programme, but this group is where the real work gets witnessed. Where you don't have to carry it quietly. Where someone else might read your words and think: that's exactly it. That's exactly how I feel.

That moment of recognition is powerful. It tells your brain something important: you are not alone in this, which means it is not just you, which means maybe, just maybe, it isn't the truth.

What this space is built on
